If you like discovering new places in new ways, then we’ve got news of something that will interest you. An ambitious new arts project is giving you the chance to get out and about on an interactive arts trail. It’ll take you through the East Lindsey area of Lincolnshire, encouraging you outdoors to places you might otherwise miss.
Magna Vitae’s Audio Tales takes you on a journey through fields, fens and forests. And at 24 locations on the trail are QR codes that you can scan to unlock the rich stories and sounds of East Lindsey. Places on the trail include Snipe Dales, Sutton on Sea and Anderby Creek.
This innovative arts trail takes you to the county’s past, present and future through stories and prose. These tales have been put together by more than 60 creatives from across the local area. Writers, actors, illustrators and musicians have worked on the project to help you see these places in a new light and through the eyes of others. At each of the 24 locations you will find a unique QR code to scan with your mobile. This will grant you access to an original piece of writing, which is inspired by the exact spot you’re standing on.
