This half term, head back in time to the Tudor era for a family-friendly event with a difference.
From Tuesday 16th Febraury, HistoryRiot will be zooming you back in time for a fun-filled taste of life at Greenwich Palace. You’ll be able to experience the palace as it was during the Tudor era with the new interactive story Tudor Palace Palaver.
HistoryRiot are expert storytellers who bring some of our much-loved heritage sites to life through special events and performances. This half term they’ll bring to life the history of the Old Royal Naval College. It was originally a palace built for Elizabeth of York and was later home to Henry VIII. And now, through this interactive Zoom show, you’ll be able to discover more about this time with your whole family.
Discover Tudor life at the palace
You’ll be able to meet Henry VIIIs mother, Elizabeth of York, as she visits her favourite palace at Greenwich to see how the new building work is going. And there’ll be drama in the air with an up coming Royal Wedding, construction and Henry’s 10th birthday party.
Immerse yourself in Tudor life, get involved in the story, and try to impress the Queen as you follow this interactive online show.
