Rewild your life this Spring

By Caroline King - February 26, 2020Posted in : Classes & Workshops

Do you crave more adventure in everyday life? Do you want to feel more grounded and connected? Does nature soothe your soul? Then a workshop on how to ‘re-wild’ your life might just be your thing.

I AM WILD, I AM SOUND Academy
I AM SOUND Academy will host I AM WILD,

In celebration of World Wildlife Day, I AM SOUND Academy will be hosting a workshop at Colours in Hoxton. The I AM WILD event will feature a panel of those who have shaken off the shackles of the concrete jungle and are finding ways to ‘re-wild’ their lives while living and working in London.

The panel, hosted by I AM SOUND Academy’s founder Nat Rich, will explore our relationship with the wild; a discussion on the great outdoors, the importance of nature in our lives and the positive effect it has on our wellbeing.

Wilderness experts and enthusiasts from The 5-9 Adventure Company will also be on hand to share their stories, tips and tricks for getting back to nature and finding soul-nourishing adventures on your doorstep.

When: 3rd March 2020
Where: Colours, Hoxton Square, London N1 6NU
£: Tickets cost £10 (Free for I AM Sound members)
