A ghostly Christmas tale in London’s historical gem

By Caroline King - December 15, 2019Posted in : Theatre

Returning to the spectacular Middle Temple Hall, where Charles Dickens himself studied law, Antic Disposition’s adaptation of A Christmas Carol is back for a fifth magical season.

One of London’s most heart-warming festive treats, the production combines the ghostly tale of Ebenezer Scrooge with original songs inspired by traditional Victorian Christmas carols.

Hidden away in central London, the magnificent wood-panelled Middle Temple Hall was completed in 1573. A location well-known to Dickens himself, the historical gem makes a fitting setting for audiences to immerse themselves in his beloved Christmas classic.

When: 21st – 30th December 2019
Where: Middle Temple Hall, Middle Temple Lane, London EC4Y 9AT
£: Tickets cost £25 – £45
