A spot of karaoke and panto in a pub

By Caroline King - November 19, 2019Posted in : Cabaret, FEATURED-CONTENT, Food & Drink, Theatre

If you’re looking for an alternative Christmas night out, why not try an altogether different version of Cinderella that takes pub theatre to a new level?

An alternative version of Cinderella at The Vaults

James Seabright presents the Not Too Tame production of Cinderella, a one stop shop for a Christmas night out: panto set in a pub, plus karaoke!

Taking the term ‘pub theatre’ literally, Cinderella is an outrageous site-specific show that takes the best of traditional British panto and tops it off with a pint.

Penned by Luke Barnes (All We Ever Wanted Was Everything), this knees up of a night out brings all the characters you know, love and hate, to pull your mates, spill your pints and pour their hearts out on the karaoke.

Crammed with live music, bingo, and a touch of midnight magic, this version of Cinderella promises to have audiences dancing in the aisles and laughing their baubles off. Think The Royle Family crossed with Elf… all set in a local boozer where the audience buy their drinks from the on-stage bar.

So, grab a pint, take a seat, and get a load of this unique festive experience.

When: 22nd November 2019 – 12th January 2020
Where: The Vaults, Launcelot Street, London SE1 7AD
£: Tickets cost £20 – £35
