This autumn, take a trip to the Cosmos in Scotland’s Enchanted Forest, an immersive light and sound installation.
The Enchanted Forest returns this autumn, from Thursday 3rd October to Sunday 3rd November, to Faskally Wood just outside Pitlochry in Scotland. The annual event sees the forest lit up during the evenings, offering visitors a chance to see the trees in a new light.
The 2019 event, entitled Cosmos, will be encouraging visitors to look up through the tree canopy, into the night sky. The Enchanted Forest combines visuals, innovative technologies, interactive special effects and sound to create an atmospheric outdoor installation.
Visitors follow a winding trail into the woods, which will come alive after dark with sights, sounds and scents which promise to enchant the senses. Visitors will be encouraged to turn their gaze skywards, through the swaying branches of majestic fir trees, to glimpse the moonlit stars and some hidden surprises.
New for 2019, the Enchanted Forest will feature a giant inflatable Geodome, providing an immersive experience of flying through the cosmos.
There will also be food and drink available to help keep you warm during the event; with pizza, burgers, hot dogs, soup, hot drinks, nibbles, and tipples available at locations around the forest site.
