Pedal your way into a Vintage summer

By Caroline King - April 8, 2019Posted in : FEATURED-STORIES, Food & Drink

Would you like an excuse to dress up in Vintage attire and go for a leisurely coastal ride? Then the Velo Vintage ride, with its civilised breaks for tea and cake, will be right up your street.

Velo Vintage - Devon
A stylish, leisurely ride on the Jurassic Coast

The 15th Velo Vintage Occasion and Ride will take place on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd June in Devon, offering participants the chance to dress up in style, to socialise, take tea, and of course enjoy a leisurely bike ride.

The guided ride will be about nine miles long and will depart from Seaton, but not before a spot of tea and coffee. In true traditional style, the grand depart will feature a performance of Morris dancing.

The circular ride will then take in Seaton Wetlands for tea and cake, refreshments at a local hostelry and then head back into the town centre for a spot of music from Vintage vocal trio, The Liberty Sisters.

When: 22nd & 23rd June 2019
Where: Seaton, Devon
£: Tickets cost £24.15 and accompanied children under 13 years go free. Free for spectators
