Experience an immersive Victorian murder mystery in Camden

Memento Mori A Camden Murder Mystery - the Camden Watch Co When: 31st August – 2nd September 2018

Where: Camden, London

£: Tickets cost £25

What is it?

Fancy taking part in a Victorian murder mystery with a difference?

After the release of their Memento Mori Special Edition watch, The Camden Watch Company wanted to explore the curious Victorian tradition of ‘memento mori‘ a bit further.  So, the company have teamed up with immersive game designers A Door In A Wall, to create a unique event inspired not only by their special edition watch but also by Camden’s intriguing past.

Memento Mori: A Camden Mystery will be a team experience, designed as a Victorian murder mystery set in modern times.  During the 90 minutes, players can expect intrigue and deceit alongside mysterious and colourful characters that would appear to come straight out of a Dickens’ novel.

“Time is precious. Victorian Londoners treasured Memento Mori – keepsakes to remind them to rejoice in living each day well because who knows when one’s time might run out.

In Camden Town, someone’s clock has been prematurely, and permanently, stopped: a killer is on the loose.”

The Camden Watch Company’s very first immersive event will run on afternoons and evenings from Friday 31st August to Sunday 2nd September in Camden Town.
