Celebrate the World Cup with human football zorbing on ice in London

By Caroline King - June 11, 2018Posted in : Alternative Sport, Food & Drink, TOP-STORY

QUEENS - human zorbing on ice London - World Cup 2018 When: 22nd June, 6th July and 13th July 2018, 4.30pm – 11.20pm

Where: QUEENS, 17 Queensway, London W2 4PQ

£: Costs £29.99 per person

What is it?

QUEENS in London will be throwing the ultimate World Cup experience this summer, with the launch of London’s first human football zorbing on ice.

From Friday 22nd June, this special World Cup event will see a huge inflatable football with players, inside their own 12ft tall zorb, competing against each other.

Rolling into Queensway this month, prepare to bounce, nudge and steer your way around central London’s only permanent all-year round ice rink, before enjoying a post match glass of Prosecco at the MEATliquor bar.

Taking place over a hat trick of Fridays, QUEENS will transform their legendary ice rink into the greatest football pitch, on ice.   So whether you like football or not, human zorbing could be the best place to have a quirky World Cup experience.

Take on the challenge and battle it out to be crowned the winner of QUEENS’ very own World Cup.  With two teams of three players and ‘normal’ football rules, this unique game is a London first and a great way to celebrate/avoid the World Cup action.
