Grange Over Sands Edwardian Festival will take place on Saturday 9th June in Park Road Gardens, with a day of traditional entertainment.

This will be Grange-over-Sands 25th annual Edwardian Festival and there will be more than 40 stalls lining the paths of the gardens (with stall holders in Edwardian dress of course), entertainment on the bandstand, miniature train rides and Punch & Judy shows.  There will also be jazz bands, children’s entertainment from Harvey Rush, homemade cakes and crafts.

Visitors are encouraged to go along in fancy dress and there will be an Edwardian Best Dressed competition for ladies, gentlemen, couples and children.  The competition will be judged in the afternoon by the Mayor and there will be cash prizes up for grabs.

A big red bus will be ferrying visitors to and from Grange Station, alternatively there will be free parking on Berners Close car park. Refreshments, including tea, coffee, ice cream and sweets will be on offer.
