Try a spot of yoga with a difference in London

Want to start the New Year by taking care of your wellbeing, but bored of the usual yoga classes?  Here are two ways to enjoy yoga with a difference in London.

Candlelit Yoga at Bluebird

What is it?
January is not complete without at least one yoga class, and Bluebird are hosting a rather special one; soothing sessions candlelit yoga with Triyoga on Monday 29th January, followed by a delectable dinner in the restaurant afterwards. The yoga session will be led by neighbouring Triyoga, and Kiss the Moon will be providing gorgeous aromatherapy soy candles to help soothe the soul and fill the room with the ultimate scent.  Kiss the Moon will also be providing a little treat to take away.

What is it?
Gyal Flex are Snoop-Doggy-Downward-Dogging their way to Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen’s Green Room for a monthly Thursday slot of their trailblazing hip hop-led exercise and meditation class. If you haven’t been before and generally hate exercise, this may be the place to start! Also, coming up on Thursday 22nd February and Thursday 22nd March respectively are R’n’B and UK Garage editions of their unique approach to fitness and wellbeing, promising to get those endorphins flowing while delivering a healthy dose of nostalgia through the last of those cold dark months.
