What is it?
Once a year, the town of Conwy comes alive with jesters, knights and flaming torches as the Winterfest parade takes place.
This medieval-themed Christmas torch lit parade sees the town dress up for the evening with street entertainers helping to get everyone into the spirit. The parade starts at 5.45pm from Castle Square, continues along Castle Street and the High Street, before finishing in Lancaster Square.
Expect jesters, knights, Morris dancers, sword fighting, roasted chestnuts and other refreshments. Many of the shops also stay open late for Christmas shopping.
