Mountain biking - Llanwrtyd Wells - Wales

Mountain biking in Llanwrtyd Wells, Wales

When: 18th November 2017, from 10am

Where: Begins at Bromsgrove Hall, Llanwrtyd Wells, Wales

£: Entry costs £23 on the day

What is it?

The Real Ale Wobble is an annual event where beer, mountain biking and beautiful scenery combine to celebrate the beginning of the Mid Wales Beer Festival.

The wobble is a non-competitive mountain biking event, with a 28 mile or 15 mile course, suitable for most abilities.  Checkpoints along the route offer the perfect pit-stop, where beer tokens can be exchanged for local ale.  But don’t worry, there will also be a feed station with coffee and a BBQ, just to keep participants from getting too wobbly.  Once the course is completed, there is a chance to have more beer and food.

Wobbly participants can also carry on during the evening by visiting the beer festival venues to sample more ales, along with live music from local bands.
