What is it?
This November, why not enjoy a unique night out with the Festival of the Dead?
Taking place in Brighton, Edinburgh, Bournemouth, Glasgow and Bristol, the Festival of the Dead parties offer a real carnival atmosphere with giant skull processions and jaw-dropping performances that wouldn’t look out of place in Cirque de Soleil; think acrobats, circus performers, contortionists and fire breathers. Along with the performances, the night features a soundtrack of house, bass and garage.
Audiences are encouraged to get into the spirit by adorning themselves in Mexican-style Day Of The Dead inspired costumes and in fantastic face paint (professional skull face-painting is also available on the night).
Since launching last year, the Festival of the Dead has had sold out shows in ten cities across the country.
