What is it?
This month’s International Lecture at The Royal Society in London will be looking at insect society.
Can we understand an insect society, and why should we care? Professor Raghavendra Gadagkar will discuss his work on understanding the workings of wasps in peninsular India, reflect on what we can learn from insect societies, and argue that understanding insect societies helps us to reflect on how and why we live our lives the way we do, and thus to better understand ourselves.
