London International Pillow Fight Day 2017

London International Pillow Fight Day

When: 1st April 2017, 2pm – 3pm

Where: Kennington Park, London SE11

£: Free

What is it?

International Pillow Fight Day is a free non-commercial event which takes place across the world each year, with the aim of turning our cities’ public spaces into urban playgrounds. London will once again be taking part, with a ‘fight’ taking place in Kennington Park on Saturday 1st April.

The pillow fight is meant to be a fun event for everyone, and participants are asked to abide by a few simple rules.  To wait for the signal before starting. To have fun and try not to swing too hard with your pillow.  Be aware that you are going to get hit around the head with a pillow.  And finally, to feel free to dress up in a costume.

Other cities taking part this year include Bangalore, Seattle, Warsaw, Budapest, Toronto, Helsinki, Rome, and Madrid.
