What is it?
The Oxford & Cambridge Goat Race is a charity event in aid of Spitalfields City Farm and takes its name from another more famous event. The race takes place annually, on the same day as the boat race.
The event sees two goats, one representing Oxford and the other Cambridge, racing along a short course at the city farm in East London. Visitors can expect a whole day of entertainment, including music, cocktails and games. The goat themed fun will include a chance to test your stamina in the Oat Race, bleat your way through some Goat-e-oke, and get lyrical in the Goatry Slam. The race itself will take place at 4.30pm.
