What is it?
Vauxhall Winter Village is a new seasonal attraction in London, which will be open every Monday to Friday, until the middle of January.
The alpine ski style pop-up will feature après ski food, drink and entertainment, right in the heart of the capital. Already popular as a central London location with a lively local scene, Vauxhall Arches and Vauxhall Street Food Garden will host the event.
The village will include retro ski wear with a cable car photo booth, a festive bandstand, alpine cabin booths, a fondue lodge, and a winter sports bar, which will broadcast the winter sports and ice hockey.
There will also be street food stalls such as City Burger, Ye Olde Fish & Chips, Sweet Nothings, and Souper Soups. The seasonal cocktail menu will include classic festive drinks, such as eggnog and spiced alcohol. Beer, wine, spirits and champagne, will also be available.
Vauxhall Street Food Garden is now in its third successful year. With its inspired use of urban space, it is popular with local residents and workers.
