What is it?

See the Hunterian Museum in a new light at the Halloween Late on Tuesday 1st November.

Enjoy a drink from the bar while you explore the collections after hours. Learn about the ‘anatomy of a hanging’, and create your own anatomical souvenir at the ‘pickle a part’ workshop.

Please bring your own jam jar with lid for the drop-in workshop, all other materials will be provided.

The Hunterian Museum collections are a fascinating mix of comparative anatomy and pathology specimens, complete skeletons, wax teaching models, and historical surgical and dental instruments; as well as paintings, drawings and sculptures.  The museum holds regular public events including lectures, family activities, workshops, late openings and study days.
