£: Helicopter trips cost £109 per person.  Admission to the park costs £7.25 for adults, £4.75 for children, £6.25 for concessions and £23/£26 for family tickets.

What is it?

Hawkstone Park is offering visitors the chance to take a flight in a helicopter and experience the magnificent Follies from a bird’s eye view. So if you are looking for a gift for an adventurous dad this Father’s Day, why not try a Helitrip?

Soaring high above the ancient woodlands, dramatic sandstone cliffs and a series of extraordinary monuments; dads can sit back in true VIP style and enjoy breathtaking views over the Shropshire countryside from a unique perspective.

Back on solid ground, lunch will be served in the park’s charming hotel restaurant, where a glass of champagne will be waiting.

Helitrip - JetRanger

Take a Helitrip at Hawkstone Park on Father’s Day.

Helicopter trips are priced at £109 per passenger.  The trips include a 10 minute flight from the hotel around the follies, a three course lunch and a glass of champagne.  Additional lunch and champagne packages for the family can be added at £20 per person, which also includes free entry to the follies.  Helitrips should be pre-booked by phoning 01948 841 700.

For those who just wish to explore the park, there are various walking trails winding through the historic follies, including the teetering Swiss Bridge, and the magical caves and passages of The Grotto.  Archery and den building activities will also be taking place for all the visitors to enjoy.

The park is open from 10am to 5pm, seven days a week throughout June, July and August.  Last admission is at 3pm.
