Camp Katur - Dirty Dancing Movie Camp Out - Bedale

Enjoy a unique cinema experience at Camp Katur

When: 31st May 2014, 6pm onwards

Where: Camp Katur, Bedale, North Yorkshire

£: Tickets cost £15 for adults for the film only or £25 for adults for the film and one night’s camping.

What is it?

On Saturday 31st May Camp Katur, a glamping village situated in Bedale, North Yorkshire will be hosting their first Dirty Dancing outdoor movie and camping experience.

For one day and one night Camp Katur will be turning into the summer camp resort, Kellerman’s, where Baby and her family take their vacation in the film.

Prior to the film screening there will be holiday resort activities for guests to participate in, such as hula hooping, dance activities, yoga and archery; emulating the 1960s style activities featured in the film.  Additional extras during this special event will include a 1960s vintage make up boutique, photo booth, costumes and music.

There will be the opportunity for guests to learn a dance routine from the Dirty Dancing film prior to arrival, enabling guests to participate with the film screening.  There promises to be extra surprises throughout the film too, to add to the experience.

Camp Katur’s Dirty Dancing Movie Camp Out is a great way for groups of friends to get together and enjoy an unusual night out.
