Malaysia Kitchen Spring Market arrives on the Southbank

What is it?

Enjoy a taste of Malaysia this spring at the first ever Malaysia Kitchen Spring Market which will take place on bank holiday weekend in London.  The free event  takes place on London’s Southbank, between the OXO Tower and Waterloo Bridge.

Malaysia Kitchen Spring Market - May Bank Holiday - London

The market will see 12 different Malaysian restaurants from across the UK gather to showcase the very best in Malaysian cuisine, selling everything from Beef Rendang and Chicken Satay through to delicious Laksa.  Restaurants taking part include Rasa Sayang, Puji Puji, Uncle Lim’s Kitchen, Mangosteen, Pelangi, Malaysia Corner and the Malaysian Pancake Co.

Experience Malaysian culture, watching the performances throughout the day from singer Bonnie Freechyld and her band, while sampling some of the best Malaysian cuisine in the country.

There will also be an opportunity to purchase Malaysian ingredients to recreate authentic tasting dishes at home, to impress friends and family.
