What is it?
To celebrate the arrival of spring, on Saturday 5th April, the team behind the infamous Rabbit Hole Stage at Glastonbury will be throwing an immersive, theatrical, musical and tunnelling adventure in the wondrous rooms of a quintessentially English manor house in Oxfordshire.
Curated and produced by Josh Ford, founder of the acclaimed Winterwell Festival, Who Stole the Tarts? will take place at Aynhoe Park in the Cotswolds. A living museum of treasures from all around the world, Aynhoe will provide the perfect labyrinth to take guests on an investigative journey to solve the mystery of who stole the tarts and unlock the entrance to a fabulous hidden world. Following riddles and finding secret rooms, all those involved will have the chance to find the true culprit, advise the jury, make the sentence and order the punishment.
The dress code will be wonderfully eccentric and guest should expect the unexpected at every turn. Some elements of the adventure will be out in Aynhoe’s 250 acres of spectacular gardens, so guests are advised to bring some warm clothing. There will be a plethora of fine food and drink available, including a champagne and cocktail bar.
Musically, both Rabbit Hole Productions and Josh Ford pride themselves on regularly discovering acts which go on to great things and Who Stole The Tarts? will be no exception. Acts include a live head line from The Other Tribe, as well as DJ Poshratz, Flying Rhino DJs and top secret Rabbit Hole DJs.
So why not take a tumble down the Rabbit Hole this Spring…
