This December the team behind Mile High, The Great Indian Peninsula Railway and Rumble At The Deli will be organising the ultimate office Christmas party experience for fun-loving groups big and small.
Journeying back in time to the King’s Cross headquarters of the fictional Bolingbroke Franking Machines Ltd in 1989, guests will join the company’s staff of eccentric employees – hair crimped to within an inch of its life and novelty ties at the ready – for an unforgettable evening of drinks, dinner and dancing. There will even be some explicit photocopying thrown in for good measure.
Stepping out of the cold via an unassuming entrance, revellers will find themselves in the midst of a staggeringly retro Christmas party. The office’s 80s décor of filing cabinets, potted plants and Acorn computers decked out in spray-on snow and plastic holly sprigs for the occasion.
Following a welcome Cinzano & lemonde, dinner will be prepared by Shuttlecock Inc’s very own Ollie Templeton and will include refined winter warmers such as cured duck breast with rhubarb butter and watercress, chicken broth with saffron and crispy morcilla, braised beef shin with cannellini beans, chard and salsa verde and chocolate and raspberry terrine.
There is a minimum group size of 60 people on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Mondays & Fridays there is no minimum group size.

Though fear not, for those who have indulged in one to many Christmas cocktails and are struggling to remember each and every word of the chorus, Mr Fogg’s house staff will be handing out a selection of hymn sheets to guests on arrival.
So with stockings hanging by the fire and an ever so classic Christmas tree that Tiny Tim himself would be proud of, the only touch from the tale missing will be Ebenezer Scrooge… Bah humbug!
