This year Piping Live! Glasgow International Piping Festival will celebrate its 10th birthday with a week-long programme of performances, workshops and concerts.

Glasgow International Piping Festival began in 2004 and the event has grown every year since.  This year the event kicks off on the 11th August with a free Piping Live! The festival ends with The World Pipe Band Championships on the 17th and 18th August.  There will also be a Piping Live! Wrap Party on the 18th August with live music and whisky tasting.
