What is it?

This year’s Halifax Food & Drink Festival will feature plenty of homemade treats as well as live chef demonstrations and entertaining workshops for all the family.

From award-winning pork pies, artisan bread and luxury puddings to eccentric cheeses, ‘Chocolate Hot Tubs’ and fruit liqueurs, there should be food and drink for every appetite.

Cookery demonstrations will feature throughout the weekend where you can learn how to make the perfect Pad Thai, great meatballs and tasty desserts.  These chef demonstrations will take place on both days from 11am.
