What is it?
South London’s Crafty Fox Market and BRIXI will be taking over the new Camden Collective Pop Up space on Camden High Street as CUT & PASTE between the 16th and 21st July.
CUT & PASTE will be transforming the refurbished high street shop into a week-long temporary store and event space. The shop will play host to the best of British made design talent, showcasing dollmakers, ceramicists, jewellers, modelmakers, textile designers and more. This visual celebration of British creativity and eccentricity aims to provide a respite from the mundane and mass-produced.
The event will be supported by a programme of creative workshops, giving customers the chance to get their hands dirty and try new things. The workshops will include terrarium building (or desktop gardening to you and me), lino printing and a one-on-one photography masterclass.
The Crafty Fox Market has become a highlight of the handmade scene in London. At the markets you will find a curated selection of the UK’s best designer makers, workshops, delicious cakes, a full bar, DJs and a relaxed atmosphere.
BRIXI is a lovingly curated treasure trove of handmade oddities old and new. Showcasing and supporting local makers, recent graduates and emerging artists is at BRIXI’s core. Opened in 2011 by Emy Gray, BRIXI has become an established ‘venue‘ for emerging talent and is the winner of Grazia’s ‘Best Knick-Knack Shop in London’.
