Harewood Medieval Faire (Red Zebra Photography) When: 26th & 27th May 2013

Where: Harewood House and Gardens, Harewood, Yorkshire

£: A day ticket costs 15 for adults, 10 for seniors and children and  43 for a family.  A weekend ticket costs 25 for adults, 15 for seniors and children and 75 for a family.  Camping costs 10 per night and Banquet tickets cost 49.95 per person.

What is it?

Harewood Medieval Faire (Red Zebra Photography) Following the success of last year’s Medieval Faire, Harewood House again hosts their spectacular festival.  More than 500 enactors take you back to 15th century in a fun-packed family weekend of jousting, mock battles, cooking, clothing and a real archaeological dig.

Tuck into a veritable feast overlooking the battlefield, or indulge in the hearty menu of game pie or roasted hog and apple pie. Wash it down with plenty of locally sourced ale.

Why not camp overnight for the full medieval experience?
