What is it?

Head along to Chesters Roman Fort at Hadrian’s Wall and handle some real Roman artefacts with their curator and volunteers.  This is your chance to get up close to 2000 year old artefacts.  Find out more about the stories behind some of the finds and what they can tell us about Roman life.  Archaeologists use these finds to discover what the Romans ate, what their buildings were like, what sort of clothes they wore, and how fashionable they were.
