Mischievous puppets, music and magical fun in The Elves & The Shoemaker

By Caroline King - December 5, 2012Posted in : Theatre

When: 8th December 2012 – 3rd January 2013

Where: Jacksons Lane, 269a Archway Road, London N6 5AA

What is it?

Stuff & Nonsense return to Jacksons Lane with The Elves & The Shoemaker following the success of last year’s The Enormous Turnip;  they retell the classic children’s favourite with their inventive charm.

In this new take on the much-loved story we meet Sam Lacey who sells his weird and wonderful shoes on the internet, with little success.  With his customers demanding refunds and even his neighbour becoming worried for him, Sam is completely befuddled.  Until one night two mischievous visitors climb through the window and Sam’s life is never the same again!

Featuring mischievous puppets, music and plenty of surprises this magical, fun-filled festive treat is guaranteed to have children mesmerised from start to finish.
