Go WiLD in Birmingham this October

By Caroline King - October 23, 2012Posted in : Theatre

Teifi Emerald in WiLD at the Old Joint Stock Theatre, Birmingham When: 26th & 27th October 2012 at 7.30pm

Where: The Old Joint Stock Theatre, 4 Temple Row West, Birmingham B2 5NY

£: 10, concessions 12 (suitable for 11+)

What is it?

Teifi Emerald appears in her first solo show WiLD at the Old Joint Stock Theatre this October.  The play is inspired by a child’s imagination, our adult fears and how we give up on ourselves.

In WiLD, Teifi journeys to unknown lands, battling demons and exposing hidden corners of her imagination.  Will her inner monsters be her downfall, or will they provoke her to find something greater, something wild?  Teifi uses many different ingredients to tell the story including stand-up, physical theatre, storytelling, song and dance, puppetry, parody and the absurd.
