A dangerous London in the Jack Studio Theatre’s Othello

Othello at Brockley Jack Studio Theatre When: 23rd October – 10th November 2012 at 7.45pm

Where: Jack Studio Theatre 410 Brockley Road, London SE4 2DH

What is it?

Using Shakespeare’s original language Culturcated Theatre Company presents Othello.

London.  A city where people are at war with each other; where rumours, whispers and social networking spread jealousy and mistrust with dangerous consequences.  Young men jostling for power within gangs; fighting over their territories and their women.  Young women making a stand; battling to position themselves in this increasingly violent world.  A world where reputation is everything, where respect is demanded and those who are seen to have strayed will pay the ultimate price.
