Join the jousting knights at Wrest Park

Where: Wrest Park, Bedfordshire

£: Adults 14.50, concessions 13.10, children 8.70 and family ticket 37.70. English Heritage members: Adults 7.25, concessions 6.50, children 5.50 and family ticket 19.55.

What is it?

This St George’s Day Festival step back in time and learn about England’s incredible history, from medieval jousting knights to soldiers of the Great War.  From Victorian side-saddle displays to dramatic falconry displays there is something for the entire family.

Visitors will be entertained by Peterkin the Fool.  Witness impressive firepower displays by soldiers from the Age of Empire.  Children can take part in a range of hands on activities and learn all about the kings and queens of England in a fun and interactive play.  Watch the highlight battle between St George and the dastardly dragon!
