Where: Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire

£: 2 (accompanied children go free), 5 to take part in the cawl trail.

What is it?

The St David’s Food and Craft Festival and Cawl Cooking Championship of the World and Elsewhere takes place in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire.

There will be chef demonstrations and an array of stalls in the heated harbourside marquee offering seasonal Pembrokeshire and Welsh produce to try and buy, along with arts and crafts from local makers.

St David’s Food & Craft Festival and Cawl Cooking Championship of the World Now in its 12th year, the Cawl Cooking Championship of the World and Elsewhere takes place between 11am and 3pm on Saturday, 3rd March.  The contest is judged on the vote of the public who are invited to go ‘cwm cawling’ around the ten local eateries taking part.  To enter you need to buy a commemorative keepsake cawl bowl from the Saundersfoot Chamber for Tourism stall in the marquee, then fill up your bowl with the tasty Welsh delicacy and cast your vote for the most delicious dish.
