Celebrate the Diamond Jubilee in Victorian style

When: 3rd – 5th June 2012, 10am – 5pm

Where: Osborne House, Isle of Wight

£: Adults 11.50, concessions 10.40, children 6.90, families 29.90 and English Heritage members free.

What is it?

Looking for a unique way to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee?  Why not head to the Isle of Wight’s own Royal Palace, Osborne House and travel back in time to Victorian England.  Join in the festivities surrounding the arrival of Queen Victoria; wave your flags at the colourful pomp and ceremony of the grand parade led by the lancers and Red Coats.

That’s not all, you can also watch the skill and thrills of the equestrian shows, enjoy the traditional Victorian fun fair, the brass band and meet colourful characters from the past.
