Hansel and Gretel on the menu in January

By Caroline King - November 23, 2011Posted in : Food & Drink, Theatre

NTC - Hansel & Gretel When: 13th January 2012 at 7pm

Where: Eardisley Curzon Herrick Hall, Kington, Herefordshire HR3 6NT

£: Adults 8 and children 4

What is it?

NTC present Hansel & Gretel, a new telling of an old tale.  Though it’s as old as the hills, the story of Hansel and Gretel comes up shiny and new for our consumerist times.  Hansel and Gretel are starving, living in a house where there’s nothing to eat.  However, they soon find themselves living in a house where everything is to eat (including the house itself!) but they themselves are the main thing on the menu.  Gothic, funny, scary and exciting!  Go and eat yourself silly and laugh yourself daft.
