The Late Night Mad Hatter’s Tea Party at Barts speakeasy bar, Chelsea When: 5th October 2011 from 6pm

Where: Barts, London

Admission: RSVP

What is it?

Barts is a quirky speakeasy style bar on Sloane Avenue in the heart of Chelsea.   Barts will be hosting an evening full of all things Wonderland for their LateNight Mad Hatter’s Tea Party in association with Veuve Clicquot.  Enjoy cupcakes, sandwiches, special tea cups, teapots, top hats, and fancy dress galore at this unique enchanted evening.  Guests who have followed the white rabbit to Barts will be welcomed with a Veuve Cliquot reception and can go on to enjoy this fantasy world into the late hours.  So why not liven up your mid-week with a little Wonderland quirkiness?

Barts was voted the 21st best bar in the UK in the Independent newspaper’s recent Best 50 Bars supplement.  It is the brainchild of Duncan Stirling and Charlie Gilkes, the young duo who also recently opened the highly successful 80’s themed nightclub, Maggie’s.
