Time Travellers Go… Seafaring at Dover Castle

When: 27th – 29th August 2011 (bank holiday), 10am – 5pm

Where: Dover Castle, Kent

£: Adults 16, concessions 14.40, children 9.60, family ticket 41.60 and English Heritage members go free.  All children are welcome to join in the Time Travellers Go… events but please note an additional £1 will be charged on standard admission for every child, member and non member, to help fund this entertainment activity.

What is it?

Anchors aweigh!  Set sail on a nautical adventure as you learn the ropes of seafaring, 1800s style.  Sail your own ship in a mock sea battle, try your hand at knot tying and make your very own navigation device to take home.
