Time Travellers Go…WWII

When: 28th – 30th May 2011 (Bank Holiday), 10am – 5pm

Where: Dover Castle, Kent

£: Adults 13.90, concessions 11.80, children 7, family ticket 34.80.  English Heritage members free.  Ticket price includes entry to the event and the site.  All children are welcome to join in the Time Travellers Go… events.  An additional £1 will be charged on standard admission for every child, member and non member, to help fund this entertainment activity.

What is it?

Air raids, rationing, evacuation – how would you have fared during WWII?  Find out what life was really like during the 1940s and get top tips on how to be the ultimate soldier.  Then take part in the children’s drill and obstacle course and make your own gas mask box to take home.
