Where: Redruth, Cornwall

£: All of the town centre street entertainment is free. Entrance to the Rugby ground for the daytime entertainment, including the Rugby match, is free before 1pm and after 3:45pm. Between these times, entrance to the Rugby ground stands at normal match day ticket prices – £10 for over 16s, free for under 16s.

What is it?

The day’s events begin with the Town Crier at 9.55am.  As well as a flea market, some moves from RedYOUth street performers, a procession led by St Piran and the Hornet Street Band there is the Redruth School Samba band and a charity firewalk to keep everyone entertained.

In the evening there is a beetle drive, a disco and karaoke.  To finish up there is  the Redruth Radio Launch party, which has a black and white theme with indie and alternative music.
