Celebrate 2 years of Jazz in the bar at the Old Joint Stock

By Caroline King - January 17, 2011Posted in : Music

When: 26th January 2011, 7.30pm

Where: The Old Joint Stock, 4 Temple Row West, Birmingham, B2 5NY

£: Free, but donations requested

What is it?

The Old Joint Stock is celebrating 2 years of Jazz In The Bar with a Big Band Jazz Night and will also be raising money for the Help For Heroes charity.   As well as listening to some fantastic music there will be a raffle to raise money for Help For Heroes and a Charity Swap Shop for any unwanted Christmas presents. Do you remember Noel Edmund’s Multi Coloured Swap Shop on Saturday morning TV in the 80’s?  Well they are re-creating it to raise money for the Charity.  So, if you have any unwanted Christmas presents bring them along and for £5 you can swap your gift for another on the stall!  All the money raised from the raffle and stall will go to the charity.
